Cancellation:

• You must cancel your activity at least 48 hours before the scheduled date.
• Date changes are subject to availability.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the activity will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling unless a medical certificate is provided.
• If transportation has already reached the pick-up point and the activity is rescheduled, a fee of $33 USD must be paid.

Refunds for Medical Reasons:

• If you cannot attend due to medical reasons, you may submit a medical certificate to request a full refund.
• The medical certificate must be provided within 24 hours after the scheduled activity date.

No Show:

• If you do not cancel your reservation and fail to attend the scheduled activity, it will be considered a No Show.
• In the event of a No Show, a charge equivalent to the full cost of the excursion will apply.
• No refunds will be issued.

Weather-Related Cancellations (if necessary):

• We do not cancel due to rain unless it is deemed unsafe for clients and horses.
• If a tour is canceled due to weather conditions, Swim Horse Punta Cana offers clients two options:
• Reschedule the tour for an alternative date.
• Receive a full refund.
